Adaptation to Climate Change and Sustainable Water Use

The Project AquaSymphony is an Erasmus+ KA210-SCH Small-Scale Partnership in School Education, dedicated to fostering awareness and innovative solutions for sustainable water use and climate change adaptation. Running from March 1, 2024, to March 31, 2025, this 13-month initiative brings together educators, students, and communities to explore and implement responsible water management strategies.
Our Mission Water is a vital resource, and its sustainable use is essential for our planet’s future. AquaSymphony aims to empower schools and young learners with knowledge, tools, and collaborative experiences to promote water conservation, efficiency, and climate resilience. By integrating educational activities, research, and practical solutions, we seek to inspire a new generation of environmentally conscious individuals.
